Pam is wonderful. She is detail oriented not only in paperwork but the way she listens to her clients. She extremely personable and caring. Definitely pays attention and makes you feel you are the only client she has. She never rushes you and takes the time to learn about the client she is working  with. I would highly recommend Pam to family and friends as I feel I have made a new friend with Pam. If I could buy a dozen homes I would use Pam for every one of them.

Pam was a Cold Call we made when we saw a property listing with her name on it. Just from that initial call, Pam demonstrated a wealth of information about properties we were interested in looking at. We had phoned a couple of other people before Pam and was not impressed with any of them, nor  their professionalism. Pam by far stands head and shoulders above the others we spoke with. Pam listens and acts on what one is looking for in the property search. Pam worked with us all the way to closing in ways that far exceeded our expectations. Pam took a personal interest in every aspect of the hunting and purchase of the property. It was a pleasure working with Pam.

We first came in contact with Pam DeBlasio when she had a lot listed in Twin Harbors Subdivision which was next to one that we owned and one potential buyer had some interest in buying both lots. Shortly after this we decided to put our Lake house on the market. We met with Ms DeBlasio at our home  and after talking to her we had confidence that she was the realtor we should list with. She suggested an asking price but we decided on our own price. After many showings from her listing our home on har.com and no offers we lowered the price to her suggestion and soon had two offers. We closed on our property after 4 or 5 months successfully.

We had only one weekend to find a house on the lake. The experience in choosing our home on Lake Livingston was excellent! Pam responded with an impressive list of properties and helped us select a house that met our needs. From our first meeting she may us feel like we were family and has continued her friendly assistance in both contracting with the sellers and helping with the information required for a loan. Pam has always maintained a professional approach in dealing with any issues that presented itself. Pam will be our real estate broker of choice at our new home location. Elaine and I appreciate all her hard work toward making this a successful real estate experience.

Pam responded on my questions promptly, described procedures in details before we moved to next phase of purchase and introduced some contractors for future potential repair after purchasing, which was beyond her job duties.
